Pera-ph.com is not a lender, nor does it take any decisions regarding loans. Pera-ph.com finds lenders for customers based on their application information. It earns a commission, paid by the lender, for providing advertising services. We cannot guarantee that a lender will accept your application or that they will offer you loan terms that will suit your needs. Not all lenders can provide loans of up to ₱ 25 000. The time it takes to process and transfer a loan depends on the lender. This website does not directly endorse any particular product or service. Any information on this website is approximate in nature. Some lenders may perform a credit check with a credit reporting agency as a loan condition.

Maximum/Minimum Repayment Periods and Maximum Interest Rate

The loans offered on Pera-ph.com have a minimum repayment period of 120 days (four months) and a maximum of 180 days (six months). APRs range from 0% to 36%. Interest rates vary from lender to lender.

Collection Policy

Pera-ph.com does not collect payments. Your lender will contact you by regular mail, email, or phone to outline a repayment schedule. Please contact your lender to determine their collection process, as the terms may vary.

Default

If you cannot pay on time, each lender has their own policies on fees/interest and how they handle debt collection. Some lenders may explore legal options in the event of continued nonpayment. Most lenders will contact you by regular mail, email, or phone to change your payment terms. Failure to pay may result in interest accruals and/or increases and may affect your credit score. Please read through the fees section on the lender’s website before proceding to taking a loan.

Late Payments

Please contact your lender directly if you think that you cannot repay your loan on time. Lenders may be able to extend or renew your loan under the initial terms and conditions. Terms and late payment options vary by lender. Please note that late payments may result in additional fees or interest and may also negatively affect your credit score.

Extensions

If you wish to renew or extend your current loan, please contact your lender as soon as you can before your payment date. Although some lenders may extend your loan with the same terms as the original loan, each lender has their own extension policy and may charge additional fees or interest. Sometimes, renewals may be processed automatically. Please consider the decision to extend your loan very carefully and seek independent financial advice if necessary.
